How would your leadership team guide your organization if it was more courageous? Would it
lead by fear and intimidation or would it lead through confidence and by example? Would your leaders
continue to refresh
and develop their own leadership style or concede to antiquated leadership techniques?
|
Leaders who build employees confidence and reduce their fears make a more positive and long-lasting impact on
their organizations than executive bullies. Employees want and deserve leaders who are good role models of
the organization's values.
Courageous Leadership helps leaders be more courageous so they can lead their organizations with greater
confidence, clarity and conviction!
The pressure and stress placed on leadership is a highly individuated concept, not well-suited to a "canned"
one-size-fits-all approach. GLC’s Courageous Leadership workshops are uniquely developed to establish consistent
baseline expectations and behaviors for your managers & leaders, relevant to your unique work environment.
|
How do we do it?
|
GLC uses a combination of one-one-one stakeholders interviews, customized and automated leadership surveys (including 3
60 degree feedback assessments), & a variety of personality/behavioral/work style assessments to create unique
Courageous Leadership retreats, training curricula, and workshop modules. After attending our workshops or coaching
sessions, your leaders will be positioned to take Giant Leaps in their own leadership abilities.
