Terms:	I agree to the following terms between me and Giant Leap Consulting to serve its clients: I agree not to negotiate, discuss fees, or contract solely/directly with any Giant Leap clients or the client’s employees. I also agree not to refer my own organization during my conversations with the client, and will under no conditions provide services to the client, presently or in the future, as a direct outcome of any opportunity or service brought to my attention through Giant Leap Consulting, Inc. Breach of this agreement makes me liable to pay 100% of any revenues received by me from the client to Giant Leap Consulting, Inc. All financial discussions and contractual arrangements for my services are made solely with Giant Leap Consulting, Inc. Any and all contracted fees paid to me by Giant Leap Consulting, Inc., are to remain proprietary between myself and Giant Leap Consulting, Inc., and not to be shared with the client or any other individual(s). I agree to maintain confidentiality in end client data shared based on client discussions and needs. Upon agreement and signature below I am guaranteed the right of first refusal for any follow-on work requested by Giant Leap Consulting’s client. All of my proprietary program outlines, slides, materials, and other proprietary collateral remain my property except when I am contractually compensated by Giant Leap Consulting, Inc., for development of materials specific to a client engagement. All support materials submitted to Giant Leap Consulting, Inc., for Client review that are owned by me and/or my organization are to be used by a client for the sole purpose of evaluating my qualifications and prior work. Giant Leap Consulting, Inc., will make every reasonable effort to ensure materials are to be used for no other purpose than evaluation and they are not shared with others for any financial benefit by a client or third parties.
