Brooke Weston joined Giant Leap Consulting in 2010 after spending several years in a management position for a national entertainment company. Her role there involved the hiring, training and continuing development of large groups for new locations. Brooke’s time in management has given her perspective into the role that effective communication and exceptional leadership play in the success of an organization.

Brooke attended George Mason University where she majored in history and went on to work in grassroots lobbying in Washington, DC. She moved to Asheville, NC in 2004 and since joining the team at Giant Leap Consulting she has worked on projects for the CDC and the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy.
