Gregory Johns is a Giant Leap associate with more than 14 years experience helping organizations change the behaviors of their workforce to deliver optimal levels of performance and business value. He has many years experience in delivering effective presentations, leading team development activities and facilitating leadership and strategy workshops. Gregory has helped numerous clients in various industries achieve greater human and organizational performance through training and communication programs, organizational readiness activities, and executive leadership & coaching efforts. He has also helped clients design, develop and implement call centers including staff selection, training development and implementation, business simulation and go-live support. Clients have included Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Delta Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Astra USA Pharmaceuticals, AT&T (formerly BellSouth Telecommunications), XO Communications, Motorola (Semiconductor Sector), Lorillard Tobacco Company, Manheim, Renault Automotive, Sikorsky Aircraft, and others. Prior to working with Giant Leap Consulting and founding Optimal Workforce Performance, Gregory was a senior manager with Accenture where he managed the human performance components of enterprise-wide implementations of SAP and Siebel. He was also actively involved with internal efforts to improve work/life balance and the quality of work experience on consulting engagements. Greg is involved in his community and serves on the Sponsorship Committee for TechBridge, the Atlanta affiliate of Microsoft’s NPower Network. TechBridge is a nonprofit IT consulting organization that provides IT consulting services to other nonprofits in the Greater Atlanta area to help them leverage technology to better serve the community. Since 2000, TechBridge has saved Georgia nonprofits more than $1 million in technology-related consulting fees. Gregory has degrees in Performance Management Psychology and a Master of Business Administration and attended Florida State University. |
