KEYNOTE

Keynote Header of Bill Treasurer

A courageous workforce is one where people step up to challenges, embrace change, assert fresh ideas, and collectively raise each other’s standards. Sounds attractive, right? The challenge, however, is tapping into each person’s courage at the right time and in the right way. For many of our clients, for example NASA, Saks Fifth Avenue, SPANX, Hugo Boss, and Accenture, Bill Treasurer’s courage keynotes helped them meet the challenge.

Bill’s signature keynotes are packed with fresh insights about how to create an environment that builds and supports courageous behavior. Audience members come away with practical tips that can be immediately applied for building their own, and inspiring more courageous behavior among teammates. The keynotes are at once engaging, insightful, and above all, USEFUL!

Considered the originator of the new organizational development practice of courage-building, Bill isn’t a sideline spectator who regurgitates other people’s ideas and insights. Rather, Bill learned about courage the hard way…by walking through his own fears. Bill grew up with a debilitating fear of heights. Yet he eventually became a world-class high diver, traveling around the globe performing death-defying dives from heights that reached to over 100 feet. That’s the equivalent of a 10-story building! As Bill explains, “By walking through my fear, and getting WAY out of my comfort zone, I learned the redeeming value of courage. My mission today is to help people and organizations face whatever ‘high dives’ they may be confronting.”
