Work with you to develop meeting materials – presentations, exercises, etc.
Talk to meeting participants or other stakeholders before the meeting – through phone conversations, surveys, etc. – if needed to help us better understand key issues to focus on and/or gather input to spark thinking in the room.
Encourage bold thinking and discussion in the room to get at creative solutions that take advantage of all participants’ knowledge and experience.
Facilitate the meeting to ensure all agenda items are completed and objectives met.
