Mark S. Holt   is Founder and President of BreakThrough! Consulting, Inc., and brings to his clients more than 14 years of experience in leadership development, team facilitation and personal coaching. Mark is deeply committed to helping individuals and organizations achieve practical, productive breakthroughs in their effectiveness and performance.

Prior to BreakThrough! Consulting, Mark worked with Andersen Worldwide for 10 years as an internal consultant, facilitator and trainer. He holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication

As part of his consulting work, Mark has designed and delivered hundreds of training programs and seminars that have been well received by his clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small privately held organizations. His clients have included Accenture, Allstate Insurance, Baxter Healthcare, and Sears.

Mark's areas of expertise include creative leadership, emotional intelligence, team performance, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, creativity and innovation, and personal change. He is certified to administer a variety of assessment instruments that promote professional development and personal self-discovery, including the Team Management Index, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument. Mark often combines assessment instruments with other development approaches-including experiential learning-to create high impact programs that significantly improve individual and organizational effectiveness.
