Thank you for an outstanding job in developing our Leadership Class! This class was in direct response to a need expressed by our African American Networking group for more insight and coaching on what it takes to be a leader within our organization. Our facilitator demonstrated strong leadership skills in developing this class. He met with the class’s executive sponsor as well as other leaders in our organization to ensure that he understood their needs and expectations. He also developed great course materials, and designed an outstanding 1-day Leadership Essentials class. The class was piloted in both Birmingham and Atlanta and was very well received. Several who attended the class have made significant strides in their careers as a direct result of the knowledge and leadership insights they gained in this class.
