TEAM BUILDING

What would your teams look like if everyone showed up with more courage each day? Strong teams are eminently important to the success of your organization. Giant Leap’s team building is rich and varied, ranging from issue-focused team strengthening meetings, to spirited experiential teambuilding excursions.

OUR TEAM BUILDING SERVICES INCLUDE:

It takes hard work and courage for teammates to hold each other accountable. Candid feedback is as hard to give as it is to hear. We design our team interventions and team assessments to shine the spotlight on barriers and pinpoint assets necessary for becoming a high-performing team with backbone.

Top-Team Team Building – If the top team is a mess, everyone will lose confidence. Giant Leap conducts meetings with top teams – typically involving addressing a pressing challenge – to promote executive alignment and unity. Team building at the top usually occurs on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis

Project-Team Team Building – Most people work on at least one project team at work, and plenty of people work on more than one team. We work with your organization’s project team to address issues, create a free exchange of ideas, and promote courageous communication.

Adventure-Based Team Building – Sometimes teams just need to let off some steam together. Our Management By Adventure (MBA) program is designed to provide purposeful fun. It includes engaging content, interactive breakouts, and lots of fun experiential activities.

Team Intervention – Let’s face it, some teams aren’t really teams. Their just a group of people who have to work together. If teaming on your team is broken or nonexistent, Giant Leap can help it get back on track.
